Register for the Tournament

The AV Heat Lancaster Cup Registration Program has been developed to serve all of your application, registration, player roster, bracket information, game schedule and game score needs ON-LINE, including the payment of your Tournament fee.

You begin the application process by completing a simple form and creating your own User ID and Password for future use. You may take as much time as you need to complete your application because you will have the ability to return at any time and work with your application until you actually decide to submit it. Only then are you required to pay the appropriate Tournament fee.

It must be noted that your application is not deemed submitted until the application has been submitted and your registration fees paid. Please note these deadlines:
