ONLINE PLAYER PROFILES AND COLLEGE COACH REGISTRATION Players manage their own online profiles with an easy-to-use, password-protected interface. Each player inputs athletic and academic accomplishments, physical stats, test scores, curriculum and geographic preferences. Photos can be uploaded as well. Full page profiles as well as abridged team profiles are included as part of our tournament system. Combine this with our college coach registration module which provides a search capability to coaches and you have great new service to enhance your tournament. Player profiles are provided free to each player to be used as a promotional tool during the tournament and for approximately two weeks immediately after the tournament. At the end of the two week period, if the players wish to continue to use the service we charge a very low fee to continue the service for three years! MOBILE PHONE SCORE INPUT AND TOURNAMENT UPDATES We're the leading tournament management and communication service providing "state of the art" mobile phone score and tournament updates as text messages. This is a great service to all your teams, coaches and parents. As games are completed, your field marshals can also call our tournament score phone line and input scores from the keypad of their phone. As soon as the score is entered, the standings are automatically updated and anyone that signed up for the updates receives a text message with the score. No more phone calls for you! GAME CARDS AND TEAM CARDS Our tournament system prints game and team cards -- another very popular feature that gives your tournament that professional look without all the work. Once team managers enter their player rosters, our system has the capability to print game cards in two formats. HOTEL COMMISSION TRACKING If you have teams traveling to your tournament and you're collecting commissions from selected tournament hotels, you'll want to use our new hotel tracking module. During the registration process, team managers select their hotel from a drop-down list of tournament hotels and enter their reservation confirmation number, the number of rooms and the number of nights. The system then track your commissions from each tournament hotel and provides you with a complete report. No more guessing.
